E. coli Testing Results for June 17, 2026

Drought Conditions Continue – E. coli levels on Main River Channels below the threshold

💧Drought conditions continue, causing decreasing water levels, as pictured. On the bright side, the measured E. coli levels at all the South Fork, North Fork and Main-stem River sites tested were well below the threshold for body-contact recreational activities.

⚠️However, Hawksbill creek exceeded the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) recommended freshwater Beach Action Value (BAV) of 235 CFUs, continuing its trend of high readings.
