Test Results for July 17, 2024

07.17.2024 FSMB North Fork of the Shenandoah River at Meems Bottom covered bridge, Mt. Jackson, Shenandoah County VA

E. coli results for the water samples collected on Wednesday July 17, 2024. This week I collected a water sample from an additional site, FP03WL. You might recall this site from previous years when the 211 westbound bridge in Page County VA was being replaced. The boat ramp was moved directly across the South Fork of the Shenandoah River to the west bank (river left). After the completion of the new bridge , this temporary boat ramp was demolished. This site is directly downstream of and on the same side of the River as the Luray RV Resort on Shenandoah River.
