Get ready to roll up your sleeves and make a splash for a great cause! The Friends of the Shenandoah River, in partnership with Community Works 4Page, are inviting YOU to be part of a river clean-up event. It’s happening on Tuesday, April 8th, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Shenandoah Landing and River Park on the beautiful South Fork of the Shenandoah River in Shenandoah, Page County, VA.
Not only will you be helping preserve the pristine beauty of our rivers, but you’ll also enjoy light snacks and refreshing drinks to keep you energized as you work your magic on the waterway! ✨
This clean-up is just the beginning of an exciting initiative — part of the Potomac Riverkeeper Network’s Trash Free Shenandoah campaign. It’s a bold, collaborative mission to restore and protect the beauty of our river systems for future generations.
Come make a difference, have fun, and be part of something powerful! Let’s keep our rivers trash free!
